Brock Mangus


brockBrock strives to deliver cost effective quality services to our customers while focusing on the long-term sustainability of our business. His 10 years of experience in oil and gas services, noise mitigation, project management and commercial construction allows for diverse expertise throughout our company’s product lines, services and by helping the team achieve their goals.

Brock studied Aviation Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver before switching focus to the oil and gas business.  He enjoys spending time with his family, is thankful for his wife’s support and enjoys playing golf.

Penelope Lackey

Safety and Logistics Coordinator

Penelope joined our company in 2016 and is responsible for coordinating our Health and Safety Programs and heading up our Logistics Department including arranging for the shipment and deliveries of our materials.  Penelope does a terrific job at the negotiation, tracking and data management of all records for our Logistics Department.

Bradley Webb

VP of Operations

Bradley has 10 years of experience in the industry. Since he joined our team he has made significant strides in the continued development of our company’s Procurement Procedures and in our proactive approach to Quality Assurance. In his spare time, Bradley enjoys golfing & spending time with his wife and two dogs. Bradley is also inspired by the charitable work he participates in to raise money for MS Society.

Mandy Mireles

Dee Maultsby

Accounting Manager/Human Resources

Dee Maultsby brings 30 years of finance and business experience to her role as Accounting Manager from working directly with a CPA firm. Dee oversees critical accounting functions, including accounts receivables and payables, payroll, banking, account reconciliations, client billing and job costing. In addition to her duties as Account Manager, Dee is the Human Resources Manager.  She attended University of Maryland and University of A&M. Her spare time finds her spending it with her family and animals. Doing Arts & Crafts shows with her husband, meeting people enjoying every day to the fullest.

Daron Gribble

Director of Marketing

Daron graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. His years of experience and expertise in Customer Service, Project Consulting and as Marketing Director has been the moving force within our company.  Daron’s focus is to offer clients a cost-effective solution for their noise mitigation challenges.  Daron along with our team have an innovative technical approach combined with disciplined project management that has been key to adapting the specific needs and situations of our clients.

Stephanie Soule

Marketing Coordinator

Stephanie is responsible for Marketing Communications, Materials, Social Media Outreach and providing support to the Marketing and Customer Relations department in day to day operations. Prior to joining our company, she worked in Office Administration and Marketing.  Stephanie’s greatest strengths are her creativity, organization and drive to provide the highest quality customer service.

Stephanie has lived in Weatherford for the past 9 years with her husband and son and enjoys spending time with her family.

Field Operations

David Hartzell

NE Regional Manager

Dave is responsible for coordinating our field construction.  Dave’s background in construction includes industrial, residential remodeling and concrete work. He enjoys the outdoors hunting, fishing and shooting. Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and two grandkids.

Austyn Grabowski

Crew Supervisor

Joshua Locy

Colorado Manager

Josh joined our company in early 2017 and has been promoted to the Manager of our Colorado region.  Josh is responsible for heading up crews and for sales in our Western region.  Josh has a background in construction and mechanics.

Dalton Gribble

Senior Crew Supervisor

Dalton joined our team in 2014 and is currently our youngest leader. He is responsible for organizing and directing each of the Texas Construction Crews.  His vibrant personality and his motivated attitude has created a higher quality environment for our crews.

Tanner Helmkamp

Field Operator

Tanner joined our company in 2016 and is responsible for the logistics in the Northeast and helps in field operations. Tanner has a background in construction, mechanics and logistics. He is a motorcycle and car enthusiast and enjoys outdoor activities.
